Job Description: PARFOIS – Porto – M/F CHALLENGE: As a Customer Happiness Specialist in E-commerce team you will have the mission of supporting our customer service regarding the Polish market. RESPONSIBILITIES: – Guarantee the support to the Customers of the Polish stores (online and stationary stores), ensuring costumers’ questions and orders follow up, promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty – To be responsible for the exchanges and returns – Ensure the best buying experience in our online store, assisting each client in a personalized style – Contribute to the continuous improvement of the area processes, procedures and tools, in order to reach the monthly/annual goals of this channel (Sales and customer satisfaction) PROFILE: – Up to 2 years’ experience in a similar position ideally in the Fashion Retail Sector or generalist Call Centre – Fluency in Polish and English, other foreign language will be valued (French, German, Italian, and Spanish) – University degree – Proficiency in Information …see more details
