Job Description: British American Tobacco – Seoul – Drive the cycle planning process through alignment and synchronization of all marketing activities during the year to ensure that focus is maintained to maximise impact on the consumer PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Drive an integrated way of working across the organization – linking SPI-Brand-Trade-NPI/SC to connect the dots and ensure high quality of content / input are escalated to relevant forums to drive key decisions in a timely manner. Drive smooth execution of the S&OP / EMF II process, specifically on Cycle Planning and Activity Update Meetings, with full ownership of the annual EMF II calendar. Facilitate the Annual Planning Process, co-ordinating the preparation and execution of the Market Context Development, Marketing Strategy Objectives and Operational Planning Meetings.
