Job Description: CPM International – Barcelona – Unbelievable customer service is a critical part of the Via brand, and we’re looking for the best in the business. As a Customer Service Agent – English Language; you’ll provide consistently outstanding support to Via customers and driver partners through SMS (text messaging) and email-based communications. You will be doing this in English – there will be little to no phone communication. You will make sure customers have the best possible experience riding with Via so that they come back again and again.
