Job Description: PROSTAFF Employment Solutions – Windsor, ON – We are currently recruiting for a motivated individual for a Payroll Administrator position. This is a FULL TIME Position. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in all aspects of payroll and bookkeeping, as well as experience in intercompany reconciliations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: High volume payroll processing Calculate, enter and ensure accuracy of all payroll files Accounting for all financial transactions for 2 companies Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions Balance all accounts by reconciling entries Maintain general ledger by preparing trial balance and reconciling entries Prepare financial reports by collecting and analyzing accounts Complies with all legal requirements, enforcing adherence to government requirements The successful candidate will have the following experience: Attention to detail with a proven background in payroll and bookkeeping with a high degree in accuracy Proven…see more details
