Job Description: nbn – Sydney, NSW – Job Expectations nbn is currently sourcing for a Manager – Customer Experience Insights to be a key part of our CX Insights team which delivers valuable insights to nbn about customer needs. This is a newly created role to support the increasing focus and exec-level accountability of Customer Experience within nbn. Your role will include development of actionable insights, input to nbn’s CX strategy, reporting back to the business, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities within Customer Experience through data analysis.
