Job Description: Randstad Canada – Vancouver, BC – We are currently recruiting a Benefit Assitant for a 2 months Temporary Position in Burnaby. If you are an experienced Benefits Admin or someone who has the knowledge and is looking to get into the industry, this is a fantastic opportunity for you. This is a fast-paced position, and training will be provided. Responsibilities: ** Administer leave and benefits for Union, Management, and Support Employees ** Enter leave information in HR/Payroll System, we use ( PerPas) ** Prepare reports relating to WCB claims, statutory holiday pay entitlements and employee attendance ** Prepare documents, meeting with employees to explain details and provide guidelines going on specific benefits such as Extended Health, MSP, Group Life Insurance, Optional Life Insurance, and Public Service Pension Plan **Assisting with other tasks as required Advantages Compensation, $ 20-22$?hr ** Fun team environment ** 2 months Temporary full-time assignment ( Possibility of Extension) ** 4% Vac…see more details
