Job Description: Adecco Poland Sp. z o.o. – Lodz, Lodzkie – Job Mission The role holder is responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including travel arrangement, answering phones, organize interviews and welcoming candidates and doing induction for new joiners. Interfaces and Authorities Key interfaces are SSC Director, HR and Managers and Team leads Responsibilities: Front office reception activities, answering phone and sorting and distributing mail Travel arrangements for SSC employees only Work with HR to ensure the organization of the interviews and welcoming of the candidates Do the induction for new joiners Manage the security access of employees – cards and fobs TMS Administration / trainings Organize food for month end (4 days maximum) Security Access: Shared activity with Facilities Coordinator Organize Birthday breakfast once a month Setting up Video conference calls Manage Taxis and review and approval of Taxis invoices Manage Parking access and Parking rotation TNT…see more details
