Job Position: Administrator & Receptionist
Job Description: Green Gulf Careers – Doha, Qatar – On behalf of our client, a multinational professional services firm, we are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative support executive. This is a superb firm who reward hard working staff exceptionally well and provide a great working environment. The role will involve extensive administration in terms of supporting the professional team within this firm. You will arrange travel logistics, manage suppliers and vendors, manage email traffic and assist with document preparation. You will also liaise with internal and external clients as well as all usual front of house duties – meeting and greeting visitors and clients, answering telephones, ensuring office supplies and stationery ordering, managing catering requirements for corporate functions and meetings.
