Job Description: Manaus – AM – Risk Management Manager Customer Care Responsible for manage overall potential risk elements and process in Samsung’s customer care, including sensing, auditing, evaluating, and setting improvement plans for the consumer electronics and mobile handset market. To succeed, the incumbent will have to identify and leverage all possible information sources, both internal and external. Provide professional analytical support in the collection, evaluation, and reporting of the corrective actions of internal risk management process and operation. Strive to become the expert on operation process, the business stake holders and related public organizations. Incumbent will also develop and report the Samsung’s overall risk management status, including customer PL case progress in both consumer electronics and mobile handset market.
