Job Description: Richemont Korea Ltd. – Seoul – To be in charge of boutique operations assisting Retail Operations Manager for Retail network KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Be in charge of daily boutique operations : Define and adapt operation policies in line with HQ’s guidelines – Support DOM Operation Manager related to overall boutique operations – Monitor all guidelines are observed by boutiques – In charge of BTQ audit and Co-ordinate with ICS team – Management related to exchange, return, discount approval, and payment – Regularly update and circulate Operation Guideline Book co-working with HQ – In charge of “Retailonics” for boutique operation improvement 2.
