Job Description: King´s Group – Madrid – Help Desk (High English level) en Madrid In liaison with ISP, support providers and ICT at Kings Group, the ICT Specialist is in charge of monitoring all the IT network communications regarding any technical faults or issues that users experience through the OpenIT server. They are also responsible for updating and implementing new systems, hardware and software, providing maintenance and dealing with the stock control for new equipment. The ICT Specialist is also on hand to provide assistance when projectors or sound control is needed for events. They are also responsible for providing the correct training to the necessary staff.
