Job Position: Accounting Administrative Assistant
Job Description: Abu Dhabi – Heavy customer records management including data and systems updates Process and reconciled cash receipts, made deposits, and prepare reports, collect and record all invoices. Reconcile daily reports and accounts on a monthly basis using spreadsheets. Check for accuracy of computations and completeness for reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Process and apply payments and batches to proper accounts. Manage online banking functions and checked financial accounts for accuracy. Perform general office duties and administrative tasks. Analyse payments and accounts to ensure that duplicate payments are not made and that any amounts owed to the company are applied against payments. Process accounts payable to corporate office. Assist HR with employee orientations, focus groups, and background checks. Assist cash and banking with preparing daily cash deposits and distributed petty cash to employees.
