Job Description: Farnham, Surrey – Our client an established business within a creative industry, is looking to develop and train a new administrator. As a trainee administrator you will: Work in a team of 2 assisting with the office, production and sales administration. Book domestic and international postal consignments. Raise job from existing quotes. Raise purchase orders. Complete staff holiday, illness and absence forms. Answer incoming calls, direct to the relevant department and take details messages. Order office and kitchen supplies Support various teams with ad hoc administration and ensure office filling is kept up to date. Assist with admin tasks relating to the maintenance of ISO standards.
