Job Description: SELLBYTEL Espana – Barcelona – We are currently looking for a team leader for the French market of a Technical Support team. Reviewing an email, chat or phone interaction between an agent and a customer. This is done to be able to ensure proper troubleshooting and that guidelines are being follower Supporting his team by doing so called 1 to 1 sessions. The aim of these sessions is to provide feedback on agent’s performance previously analyzed through case evaluation and also for the agent to address any issues he/she is facing.
