Job Description: Nottingham – Located on the outskirts of Nottingham city centre, our client, an international organisation operating within the retail sector, has an immediate opportunity for a confident, forward thinking and dynamic customer service team leader to head up a team of wholesale customer service representatives within their fast-paced customer service department. Key areas of responsibilities include: Working with all internal (credit control, sales managers, warehouses etc.) and external stakeholders to ensure their order book is always up to date and that orders are shipped and invoiced asap within the correct timeframes Pro-actively developing good working relationships with key account contacts to ensure positive ongoing partnerships Day to day operational management of the Customer Service Team to ensure that their Customer Experience is of the best standard possible.
