Job Position: Customer Support Supervisor (Female)
Job Description: Jeddah, Makkah – Your Role: supervising support team, Maintain and enhance customer services by organizing and evaluating service and delivery systems and procedures. You will also ensure an unbeatable level of service is provided to customers at all time. Follow up and resolve escalations from customer complaints within SLA, ensure a timely resolution keeping the customer at the heart of the process at all time. Dealing with any escalated customer issues and ensuring all matters are fully resolved. Monitor and track customer support performance at market level and identify areas of improvement acting as the voice of the customer internally for continuous performance improvements.
