Job Description: Agilent Technologies Italia SpA – Milano – Agilent Technologies Italy SpA is currently looking for a new Customer Service (CATEGORIA PROTETTA L.68/99 ART.1) to join our team in our office in Cernusco sul Naviglio. The candidate will work in our Customer Service Department supporting the Italian Service & Support team. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following skills: – Degree in scientific field (chemistry /biochemistry/ biotechnology); technical background in lab instrumentation is appreciated. – Previous experience ( at least 2 years) as Customer Service in a structured and international environment company. – Good English level, especially for written documentation and communication by mail. – Previous Experience in job scheduling will be a PLUS. We are seeking for candidates registered in the legally protected list L. 68/99 art. 1 with an invalidity rate of over 46%.
