Job Position: Administration Coordinator
Job Description: Trinity Industries, Inc. – Dallas, TX – In this role, you will provide department clerical, mail room or receptionist support. May process, sort and distribute mail; prepare outgoing packages and correspondence for delivery. May greet visitors and customers; place phone calls, take messages and perform clerical duties as assigned. May collect and compile information; maintain records and files; process claims, bills, and vouchers for payment. Trinity Industries’ Axle Forging business is an advanced manufacturer of freight car, passenger car, subway, and locomotive axles and circular forgings. We use state-of-the-art technology that features electronically controlled heating and treating furnaces to machine our products.
